We accept reservations on-line, over the phone, and walk-in office. In order to reserve transportation a credit card is required, and the full amount of the service will be processed at the time the reservation is made. Published prices rates, fees and specials are not guaranteed and subject to change without notice.
For airport transfers, point to point or hourly reservations, (excluding bus service)*, changed or cancelled within the 24 hour minimum stated time prior to the scheduled pick up time, a change fee or late cancellation fee of 50% of base rate will be charged.
*Bus services require 48 hours.
A no show fee equal to the total amount will apply should the passenger fail to cancel or meet the chauffeur at the designated pick up location for all reservations. If you experience difficulty locating your chauffeur, please call the telephone number listed in the email confirmation. Leaving the pick-up location without notifying 787-253-2355 will result in a no show fee.
To avoid a change fee, late cancellation fee, or no show fee, the reservation(s) must be changed or cancelled in accordance with the cancellation policy stated above.You may either call 787-253-2355 or log in on-line at our website.
*Change, Cancellation and No Show Policy* Applies to all sedan, SUV, limousine, van and minibus reservations where the pick up location is within the local city metropolitan area. The local city metropolitan area is defined as within 15 miles of the city center. All services outside the local city metropolitan area may be assessed the actual drive time to/from the pick-up location.
Garage-to-Garage charges are calculated by applying the applicable hourly rate commencing from the time the chauffeur departs the garage to begin service and continuing through such time the chauffeur concludes service and returns to the garage. The minimum number of billable hours appears in the estimate, however the actual billable hours may exceed the minimum and will be determined at the conclusion of the service.
Wait time is not charged for commercial flights unless customers choose to deviate from proceeding to the stated customer/chauffeur meeting location. In such instances, customers are permitted twenty (20) minutes of wait time after the scheduled pickup time. Wait time beyond twenty (20) minutes will result in charges equal to the transfer base rate plus the hourly rate prorated in fifteen (15) minute intervals. Wait time will be incurred if the luggage is lost and customer makes the determination to stay at the airport to receive the luggage.
Customers are permitted twenty (20) minutes of wait time after the scheduled pickup time. Wait time beyond the twenty (20) minutes will result in charges equal to the transfer base rate plus $25.00 per fifteen (15) minute intervals.
For transfer reservations, customers are allowed to make one stop, along the route, which does not exceed fifteen (15) minutes. If the stop exceeds fifteen (15) minutes, the customer will be charged the transfer base rate plus $25.00 for every 15 minutes. If there is more than one stop, or if the one stop lasts more than thirty (30) minutes, then the trip will convert to an hourly rate.
Incidentals may include, but are not limited to, chauffeur hotel accommodations and meals, greeter fee, parking, port fee, special requests, and tolls.
Rates quoted prior to service are only an initial estimate of the cost of services reserved. Wait time and/or additional services may change the final price.
The charge for service between a commercial airport or FBO location and a predefined location. Current airport fee will be charged for all airport pickups.
The charge for “As-Directed” service when there is an itinerary involved or the chauffeur takes instructions from the customer; typically involves multiple stops.
The charge for predefined transfer from the most frequently traveled routes in a given market, separate and aside from Airport Transfers, as defined above.
The rate charged for basic transportation services before any Gratuity, Airport Fee, International Arrival Fee, Incidental Charges, and/or Tax is added.
All deposits are non-refundable if the reservation is cancelled after signing contract, but transferable for credit in the use of a future reservation. Deposit are only accepted for weddings or special services. All cash payments for balances of service must be paid to the chauffeur at the time of his arrival for the pickup. Cash is accepted for payment, at which time a credit to the card will be issued.
Any damage to a vehicle(s) interior & exterior will constitute extra charges. Any disorderly or illegal conduct, including the act of any illegal act or abusive nature towards the driver, will result in a termination of the trip as is & the full amount due will be charged to your responsibility & credit card. You hereby agree to be responsible for any & all damages to the vehicle caused by yourself, or any member of your party. All vehicles are inspected the same day before the start time of the trip. The credit card listed here may be charged for any responsible damages. All fees are subject to change depending on the EXTENT & INTENT of damage to each vehicle. A sanitation fee of $500 will be charged for anyone who vomits or releases any bodily fluids or excretions inside any of the vehicles
For safety reasons of providing age and weight appropriate equipment, Royal Star Limousine Services, Inc. does not provide child safety or booster seats. However, customers may provide and install their own child safety or booster seats.
Royal Star Limousine Services, Inc.assumes no liability for any lost or misplaced personal property or any other items.
Many of Royal Star Limousine Services, Inc. vehicles offer passengers complimentary In-Vehicle access to WiFi. Any passengers who utilize the complimentary In-Vehicle WiFi understands and agrees that there are significant security, privacy and confidentiality risks inherent in accessing or transmitting information through the Internet, whether the connection to the Internet is facilitated through wired or wireless technology. These security issues range from interception of transmissions, loss of data, or the introduction of viruses or other programs that can damage your device or network. ACCORDINGLY, ALL PASSENGERS AGREE THAT Royal Star Limousine Services, Inc. AND INSURERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INTERCEPTION OF TRANSMISSIONS, LOSS OF DATA, FILE CORRUPTION, HACKING OR DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER OR NETWORK THAT RESULTS FROM THE TRANSMISSION OR DOWNLOAD OF INFORMATION OR MATERIALS THROUGH THE SERVICE.
Royal Star Limousine Services, Inc. is not responsible for the delays or terminations caused by traffic, road conditions, weather conditions, mechanical breakdown/accidents, unknown/unforeseen mechanical failures, situations deemed “Acts of God”, public enemies, authority of law, quarantine, perils of navigation, or other events beyond our control. Royal Star Limousine Services, Inc. will endeavor to maintain the schedule submitted to its agent or employee, but same is not guaranteed. If any of the above conditions or any other condition beyond its control make it, in the opinion of Royal Star Limousine Services, Inc., inadvisable to operate vehicles, either from place of origin or any point en route, Royal Star Limousine Services, Inc. shall not be liable therefore or be caused to be held for any damages for any reason whatsoever. Royal Star Limousine Services, Inc. is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while providing services and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. Royal Star Limousine Services, Inc. has a right to substitute one or more vehicles for a booked vehicle providing the Customer the same or greater seating space in total. Royal Star Limousine Services, Inc. may also use third-party owned vehicles. Customer agrees to indemnify Royal Star Limousine Services, Inc. from any damages, attorney fees and court costs resulting from any third-party claims as a result of the acts or omissions of the Customer, guests, passengers or party. Royal Star Limousine Services, Inc. driver will be furnished with a copy of the entire agreed itinerary and will be specifically instructed to strictly follow it, if you make any changes to the agreed upon itinerary at the time of service, Royal Star Limousine Services, Inc. will not be responsible for damages or delays occurring due to the change of itinerary. Any downsizing of previously reserved duration of service or vehicles will not relieve the Customer from the responsibility of paying the full amount of the originally scheduled reservation.
